The Fording Point paper gives details of an Art/Theatre community centre in Blandford Forum. Jon Ivay is the lead on this project. He has worked in and around hundreds of theatres in the UK over the last seventeen years as well as playing a key role in the production of the British Feature Film. Jon is looking for volunteers to help this project become a reality.
Update on Fording Point Project
A meeting is being held on Friday 2nd December at the Parish Centre in order to form a steering group.

Would you be interested in working at the DT11 Forum Community Partnership office for a few hours a week? We would love to hear from anyone who could help with general office duties and reception work.
Are you interested in Volunteering then please contact: Diane Cooper of the Dorset Volunteer Centre on 07918639011. Volunteer Centres are part of a national network of Volunteering Development agencies. They work with individuals, groups and organisations in the voluntary sector to promote, support and develop volunteering in the community.

Broadband Project
Broadband Presentation Fri 13th May, the reports have been completed and are now online.

Thank you to all those who took part in the broadband survey. The results are helping the broadband group with their campaign to bring better broadband to the DT11 area - in particular the rural areas which will not benefit from the promised BT upgrade in Blandford Forum.
