Outline:
A parish of approximately 1500 persons situated on the south bank of the river Stour adjacent to Blandford. The parish is bisected by the Blandford by-pass. The Hall & Woodhouse Brewery is a large local employer are Tesco and Homebase stores. Youth facilities include a popular Skate Park and Play Park. St Mary C of E Primary School and St Mary C of E church provide educational and spiritual support.
Current Activity:
A Parish Plan is being researched for completion in early 2009. A drive to reduce litter using parish volunteers is also underway.
