Friends of Blandford Hospital
Fundraising Events
The Friends of Blandford Hospital have a busy schedule of fundraising events over the next few months and we hope you will be able to support us.
1st October and 3rd December - Prize Bingo
We will be holding Prize Bingos in the hospital dining room, doors open 6.15 and eyes Down 7pm on both of the above dates. The number of players is strictly limited so it is advisable to get there early. However, with limited players the odds of winning a great prize in our 10 game bingo with a cash flyer are even better.
17th October - Concert by The Mill Singers at Durweston VIllage Hall
The very popular Mill Singers will be perforning for us again, this time in Durweston VIllage Hall on Saturday 17th October at 7.30pm. Tickets are only £7 in advance or £8 on the door, this includes a glass of wine or juice. It is always a most entertaining evening of Music and poetry.
7th November - Autumn Fair, Corn Exchange, Blandford
THe annual Autumn Fair is always one of our biggest fundraising events and yet again there will be a wonderful selection of goods on offer to tempt you or for you to take advantage of with some Christmas Shopping. Doors open from 9.30am -2pm and admission is free.
If you enjoy baking or perhaps have any homemade preserves and you would be happy to donate then please either leave them at either of our charity shops or Hospital Reception before 1pm on Friday 6th November or bring along to the fair onthe day. We would be very grateful.
18th December - Christmas Concert by the Band of the Royal Corps of Signals, Coade Hall, Bryanston
